HealthA2Z® Allergy Relief Nasal Spray is an OTC antihistamine nasal spray used to temporarily relieve nasal allergy symptoms including sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, and nasal congestion due to hay fever and other upper respiratory allergies.

Each metered spray delivers 205.5mcg of Azelastine Hydrochloride, an antihistamine that works directly in the nasal passages to provide up to 24-hour allergy symptom relief when used as directed.

This 2-pack includes two bottles of 120 metered sprays each — 1.56 fl oz (46mL) total — providing a generous, cost-effective supply for daily allergy management. Use only in the nose. Do not spray into eyes or mouth. For adults and children 6 years of age and older. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.
