You may return most new, UNOPENED items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a RESULT of our error (you received an INCORRECT or DEFECTIVE item, etc.).

We currently ship within the United States only, (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)*.
When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on item availability and shipping destination.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within up to 3 business days after the order is placed.
Once shipped, delivery time may vary depending on the destination and carrier, and may take approximately 6–12 business days to arrive.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands!
*For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will incur an additional shipping charge based on weight of the package. Due to the long distance, shipments will take a minimum of 7-10 business days to arrive.
Please ask for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may incur an additional shipping charge based on the total weight and size of the package.
Due to the longer shipping distance and carrier limitations, delivery to these locations may take a minimum of 7–10 business days, and in some cases longer depending on the carrier and destination.
Promotional shipping offers, including free shipping, apply only to orders shipped within the contiguous United States (48 states) and do not apply to shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number may be provided.
If you do not receive tracking information, you may request it by contacting us via email.
Please allow processing time before requesting tracking details, as tracking numbers are generated only after the order has been shipped.
